I continue to find myself drawn to the
tenets of Wabi Sabi, the beauty of the old,
the mystical, used simple things of nature
near the end of life’s journey and the earth
tones that compose a million different
miracles.
I would like my art to encompass a
beauty of things imperfect, impermanent
and incomplete; a beauty of things modest
and humble and a beauty of the
unconventional.
I would like my art to be a tea ceremony; a place to
meditate; a starting point of the mind. |
